Best Restaurants in Warren, RI

After a year of either no restaurants or limited experiences with them, it’s so refreshing to be able to start thinking ahead to our next great meal while out on the town. If that town happens to be Warren, we have a few places to recommend that you might enjoy!

Waterdog Kitchen & Bar is a casual spot for exceptionally delicious and social-media worthy food and beverage options. Critics have compared the menu selection and ambiance of Waterdog to the kind of culinary destinations that are more often found in Providence or Boston. Start with some Street Corn Crab Dip and then go all-in on a surf-and-turf option that fits in your hand with their Steak Lobster Roll.

Rhody Roots is helmed by Chef Lou and Cassie, who have been in the restaurant industry for over half their lives – and it shows. Classical culinary training paired with years of hands-on experience makes them confidently creative in the kitchen. Originally a food truck that’s since transformed into a stationary staple for from-scratch meals worth talking about, we recommend starting with some Pork Belly Nachos and then moving on to a plate of Sticky Ribs.

Revival Craft Kitchen and Bar sets out every day to deliver a unique and rewarding dining experience to every guest, every time. From creating a welcoming environment to crafting a menu filled with a constant rotation of fresh favorites, Revival is as committed to its local community as the community is to them. Sourcing their ingredients from area farms is just one step in their process; Revival is also known for carrying one of the state’s largest selections of craft beer and quality bourbon, many of which come from local breweries and distilleries as well. Start by sharing some Confit Chicken Empanadas, but don’t miss the Marsala Braised Pork Osso Bucco with Vermont cheddar grits, crispy bacon bits, and braised local greens.

Richardson’s Kitchen and Bar is a Gastro Pub that’s been offering delicious food in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere since 2017. Owner Mike is a self-taught chef who was first inspired to cook as he observed his grandmother in the kitchen and the attention to detail she gave to each meal’s preparation and presentation. This deep appreciation for food was then heightened during his travels in Europe, the best of which he has brought back to share with anyone who happens to find themselves in the East Bay. Famous for their handmade sausage, homemade pasta, and hand-cut fries, we currently recommend the Spring Pasta, which is adorned with artichokes, aioli, fresh herbs, fresh tomatoes, and basil.
