All summer long, we’ve been accepting art submissions from the public. As we wrap up our all-ages Summer Reading Programs, it’s time to display all of your beautiful artistry. Join us in the Hoxie Gallery from 5-7 pm to admire our newest art exhibit, and meet some of the artists. Light refreshments will be served. This exhibit can be viewed in the Hoxie Gallery from September 6th-28th during library hours.
During the exhibit opening, we will also celebrate the written word! Author Ethan Gilsdorf will begin by sharing an excerpt of his work, followed by a number of short readings by local writers. The reading portion of the evening will take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This event is free and open to all.
