The Charlestown Rathskellar This restored 1930s speakeasy with original murals and elevated eats has some of the best food in town and hands down, the best fries in all of South County! The Charlestown Rathskeller started out as a speakeasy in a different time, and has grown into something entirely unique since then. Nestled in the woods of Charlestown since 1933, the Rathskeller has become one of the unique dining and entertainment destinations. Guests enjoy the best steaks, local seafood, burgers, and sandwiches in their meticulously restored dining room and tavern, beautiful outdoor patio, and at our indoor and outdoor bars. It’s an experience going to the Rathskellar – you’ll love it! 

The Nordic This Family-run lakeside spot is known for its seafood-plus buffet with lobster, prime rib, specialty desserts. It’s pricey so make sure you go there hungry and ready to eat as much as you can, especially of the fresh, locally caught seafood! It’s an experience for sure! 

Breachway Grill This chill spot with outdoor tables features regional surf ‘n’ turf, fish tacos, and New York-style, thin-crust pizzas. This is the perfect place to get dinner after a long day at the beach! Locals enjoy the homey restaurant atmosphere that’s perfect for card players on Wednesdays, trivia teams on Monday nights, and energetic NFL fans on Sundays. This spot is open year-round is the perfect place for any occasion! 

The Cove

Located on the main strip in Charlestown, The Cove has been serving its loyal clientele amazing food and the freshest seafood since 2000.
